Responses are calibrated by sector (Banking, Retail, QSR, NBFC, Wealth Management, Manufacturing, Logistics, etc.), organisation size (Micro to Large), geography (Coastal, Inland, Tier-2/3, SEA, Global), and assessment purpose (Internal Risk, Regulatory, Investor ESG, Strategy, Lending) - so every output is contextually relevant, not generic.

20 questions across 6 dimensions - each with four response tiers (High Risk → Minimal) scoring 1–4, designed to be answered by any senior manager without specialist climate knowledge. 

Each dimension score is calculated as an average of its question scores, converted to a 0–100 percentage, then multiplied by its assigned weight - producing a single composite score that maps to four risk classifications: Critical, High, Moderate, or Low. 

 The tool surfaces a visual score ring, per-dimension ratings with tailored insights, and a prioritized 8-action plan - filtered by your lowest-scoring dimensions - each with a priority level (Critical to Low), suggested timeline, and recommended owner so the report is ready to present to leadership on day one.
